Description
The technical support division provides inbound phone support for AMA TechTel’s diverse line of communication products, monitors critical network functions, and performs repairs and upgrades on computer hardware and software. Multiple shifts and comprehensive benefits package offered.

Requirements
The qualified candidate must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Working knowledge of all Microsoft Windows platforms, Microsoft Office programs and networking is required. Background check and drug screen will be conducted prior to employment with AMA TechTel. High school diploma required.

Description
The qualified candidate will install and maintain phone and wireless equipment for residential and commercial customers. May climb towers to install and repair equipment. This position would serve the Canadian, Higgins, Follett, Booker and Perryton communities and live in that area.

Requirements
Installation, internet, and networking field experience required. A thorough understanding of switching, routing and telephony is a plus. Cable, satellite or phone installation experience is preferred. Tower climbing is required and experience is preferred. High school diploma, clean driving record and clean criminal history are required. Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screenings. Comprehensive benefit package offered.
